New driver hiring criteria

Must have a Class "A" CDL
Must be a minimum of 22 years of age
Must have at least 1 year experience over the road
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
No more than one excessive speeding ticket in the last 3 years(going over 15miles)
Preventable DOT recordable accident upon review by management
NO DWI/DUI convictions in the last 5 years
No controlled substance involvement of any kind
Must be able to read and speak English language
